The fallen giants of Italian football are looking for redemption at Olimpico and everything suggests we will see a very entertaining game.

Roma have shown a lot of improvement under Vincenzo Montella, having taken 11 points from last 5 Serie A games, but they need to continue the rich vein of form if they want to remain in contention for the Champions League places.

The uncertainty surrounding the club is finally over after Thomas Di Benedetto completed the club takeover, meaning the players will be able to focus on the Juventus game.

Mirko Vucinic returns to the side after serving a suspension, but Julio Sergio remains sidelined.

Probable starting line-up (4-2-3-1): Doni – N. Burdisso, Mexes, Juan, Riise – Pizarro, De Rossi – Taddei, Perrotta, Vucinic – Totti.

Juventus have been in sort of a knockdown ever since the beginning of January and they finally managed to end the dismal run of results, having beaten Brescia at home.

The Bianconeri are still struggling to reach their potential, while numerous injury problems at only making their life more difficult.

Now Giorgio Chiellini has picked up an injury that will keep him on the sidelines for a month, meaning that Barzagli and Bonucci will start in the heart of defence.

Luca Toni should settle for a place on the bench, but de Ceglie, Martinez, Rinaudo, Sissoko, Iaquinta and Quagliarella remain sidelined.

Probable starting line-up (4-4-2): Buffon – Sorensen, Bonucci, Barzagli, Traore – Krasic, Melo, Aquilani, Marchisio – Matri, Del Piero.

William Hill sees Roma as favourites to win this tie and they pay 1.95 (19/20) on home win, while Juve are 4.50 (7/2) to win the game at Victor Chandler.
