Czech Republic coach Michal Bilek is sweating over the fitness of Petr Cech after the Chelsea goalkeeper broke his nose at the weekend.

Czech Republic play host to Montenegro in the Euro 2012 play-offs on Friday, with the return leg in Podgorica scheduled for next Tuesday.

The Czechs are considered 8/11 favourites at 188BET in the first leg, but they could enter the game without two key players.

Important midfielder Tomas Hubschman is suspended for both legs, but it is Petr Cech’s injury that is causing coach Bilek a major headache.

The Chelsea keeper is a major doubt after breaking his nose in the Blackburn clash at the weekend, with Jaroslav Drobny on stand-by should Cech fail to recover in time.

Hertha midfielder Roman Hubnik misses out the first leg through suspension, but star players Baros, Plasil, Kadlec and Rosicky are all available.
