Serie A leaders Juventus are set to host reigning champions Milan in what will be a mouthwatering tie at Juventus Arena.

The Bianconeri have big ambitions this season after completely revamping the squad in the summer, but things are not running as smoothly as they should.

Following the impressive wins over Parma and Siena, Juventus couldn’t beat either Bologna or Catania, but they, nevertheless, remained at the Serie A summit.

The Old Lady can now make a real statement of their ambitions by beating reigning champions Milan, with 888Sport paying 2.50 (3/2) on home win.

After fielding his side in 4-3-3 formation against Catania, Antonio Conte is set to revert to 4-4-2, with Mirko Vucinic likely to start up front after serving his suspension.

Alessandro Del Piero and Alessandro Matri are vying for the second place in attack, whereas Vincenzo Iaquinta remains the only unavailable player.

Probable starting line-up (4-4-2): Buffon – Lichtsteiner, Barzagli, Chiellini, Grosso – Krasic, Marchisio, Pirlo, Pepe – Vucinic, Matri.

Milan have been largely struggling after winning the Italian Super Cup at the start of the season, although it looks that things are slowly falling into place.

The Rossoneri failed to win any of their first four games, but, in all fairness, teams like Lazio, Barcelona, Napoli and Udinese are not that easy to beat.

Numerous selection problems also played a part, so Maxi Allegri was certainly delighted to see Zlatan Ibrahimovic return into action in the Champions League tie against Viktoria Plzen.

The Swede scored the opener against the Czechs and is now 7.00 (6/1) with Sportingbet to do the same at Juventus Arena.

Milan have revealed via their official website that Ignacio Abate picked up a groin injury and he is very unlikely to feature, whereas Kevin-Prince Boateng is also injury doubt.

Philippe Mexes, Robinho, Gennaro Gattuso, Massimo Ambrosini, Mathieu Flamini and Alexandre Pato are all sidelined with injuries.

Probable starting line-up (4-3-1-2): Abbiati – Zambrotta, Nesta, Thiago Silva, Antonini – Nocerino, Van Bommel, Seedorf – Aquilani – Ibrahimovic, Cassano.
