High-flying Chievo aim to continue the good run of results by putting a dent in Juventus’ title hopes, whereas the Bianconeri are hoping to end the poor tradition in clashes with the Flying Donkeys.

With key players Kevin Constant and Andrea Mantovani leaving this summer, Chievo were always going to have problems at the start of the season, even if they managed to sign some pretty good replacements.

Perparim Hetemaj, Roberto Cruzado, Karel Vacek and Michael Bradley all arrived to boost team’s midfield options, but they couldn’t help Chievo get more than one point in first two Serie A games.

Nevertheless, impressive home wins over Napoli and Genoa got the Flying Donkeys back on the right track, with the point brought from Cesena only a confirmation of their good form at the moment.

The hosts now face a tough task against leaders Juventus, but seeing that they managed to avoid defeat in both fixtures against the Bianconeri last term, you should know Chievo are 1.80 (4/5) with Ladbrokes not to lose this game.

With back-up players Acerbi and Luciano the only absentees at the moment, coach Domenico Di Carlo is expected to name a similar side that brought one point from Cesena.

Michael Bradley and Roberto Cruzado, however, returned late from international duty and it remains to be seen whether they will be fit enough to feature.

Probable starting line-up (4-3-1-2): Sorrentino – Sardo, Morero, Cesar, Jokic – Bradley, Rigoni, Sammarco – Hetemaj – Thereau, Pellissier.

Juventus experienced some very difficult times over the last few years, but it looks as though the Old Lady is finally back in business.

The club chiefs invested a lot of money this summer to create a squad capable of mounting a serious title challenge and it appears that they have succeeded in their quest.

With no European distractions, Juventus have enjoyed a very good start to the season, having picked up eight points from first four games, but it was their classy win over reigning champions Milan that made everyone at the club feel optimistic about the remainder of the season.

The Bianconeri not only beat Milan 2:0, but completely outclassed their title rivals, with Antonio Conte’s switch to 4-1-4-1 producing amazing results. Juventus are 2.15 (23/20) with Victor Chandler to beat Chievo.

The boss is now likely to revert to 4-4-2, which means that Arturo Vidal will be dropped in favour of Alessandro Del Piero and that is likely to be the only change to the starting line-up.

Probable starting line-up (4-4-2): Buffon – Lichtsteiner, Bonucci, Barzagli, Chiellini – Krasic, Pirlo, Marchisio, Pepe – Vucinic, Del Piero.
