All eyes will be on Old Trafford on Sunday, with Premiership title contenders Manchester United and Chelsea set to square off in the first real derby of the season.

Manchester United enter the match in better mood than their opponents, having largely impressed at the start of the season, but it is in this clash that they will need to prove their title credentials.

The Red Devils ended the five-match winning run as they could only muster a 1:1 draw in the Champions League game against Benfica, and they are now 1.91 (10/11) with Ladbrokes to return to winning ways.

Sir Alex Ferguson opted for a more experienced starting line-up at La Luz, and it was effervescent Ryan Giggs who scored the only goal for his side in Portugal, but the veteran is likely to make way for Javier Hernandez.

Rio Ferdinand is expected to be recalled to the starting eleven, bringing much needed experience to the back line in the absence of Nemanja Vidic, but Rafael, Cleverley and Welbeck continue to miss out.

Probable starting line-up (4-2-3-1): De Gea – Smalling, Ferdinand, Evans, Evra – Anderson, Carrick – Nani, Rooney, Young – Hernandez.

Chelsea have experienced small problems at the start of the season, which was perfectly normal considering the circumstances, but they have done well to avoid unexpected slip ups.

After the goalless draw at Britannia Stadium, which cannot really be considered a poor result, the Blues won next four games in all competitions, with the players slowly building their confidence with every new win.

Andre Villas-Boas’ side now enter the big derby game in great spirits and with Fernando Torres finally starting to show some potential, the Blues look like they can get something from Old Trafford.

The Spaniard is 5.00 (4/1) with Unibet to break his goalscoring drought, whereas Chelsea are 2.00 (1/1) with 888Sport not to lose in Manchester.

Didier Drogba remains sidelined after suffering a concussion against Norwich, but John Terry and Frank Lampard return after being rested against Bayer Leverkusen.

Probable starting line-up (4-3-3): Cech – Bosingwa, Ivanovic, Terry, Cole – Lampard, Ramires, Meireles – Mata, Torres, Sturridge.

The biggest game of the season is just around the corner with Manchester United playing host to Chelsea on Sunday. Bet365 decided to join in the party and now offer Free In-Play bet on the big match.
