Ibrahimovic injuryParis Saint-Germain star Zlatan Ibrahimovic is set to miss the second leg of the Champions League quarter-finals tie against Chelsea, according to club chairman Nasser Al-Khelaifi.

The Swedish superstar picked up a hamstring injury in the first leg at Parc des Princes and had to leave the pitch midway through the second period.

And the initial fears that he could miss the clash at Stamford Bridge have proved spot on as it has been confirmed he is out for several weeks.

“Ibrahimovic picked up an injury. He will be out for a few weeks,” PSG president Nasser Al-Khleaifi confessed to beIN Sport.

This is likely to be a huge blow to the French giants, although they still remain in the driving seat following the 3-1 triumph in the first leg.

Having produced a very good performance at Parc des Princes, the Saints are now just 1.29 (2/7) to qualify for the semi-finals.
