Liverpool have tied down defenders Kolo Toure and Andre Wisdom to new deals, the Reds announced on their official website.
The terms of the deals were not disclosed but it is believed the Ivorian inked a one-year extension while his teammate signed a long-term contract.
Toure, 34, has proved to be a decent signing for the club having joined on a free transfer from Manchester City two years back, making a total of 32 Premier League appearances for the Reds.
Meanwhile, Andre Wisdom has been making steady progress ever since he was promoted to the first team set-up few years back.
After starting 12 Premier League fixtures for Liverpool during the 2012/2013 campaign, the full-back enjoyed successful loan spells with Derby County and West Bromwich, but he will be hoping to earn his place in Brendan Rodgers’ squad for the upcoming season.
Following the poor finish to the 2014/2015 season, the Reds can be backed at 3.75 (11/4) to achieve a top 4 finish next term.
