Valencia and Bayern sit tied on nine points at the top of Group F, but with BATE Borisov on six and playing host to Lille, this could prove to be a very important game for both sides.

Battling with busy schedule and selection problems, los Che had a pretty slow start to the season, but they have finally started to show some improvement.

With important midfielders Gago and Banega returning to the side, Mauricio Pellegrino’s side started to raise their form, and have now won six of their last eight games in all competitions.

While climbing to seventh in La Liga, Valencia recovered well from the Champions League defeat to Bayern to win next three European fixtures, but they cannot afford to relax just yet.

Given that they play Lille away in final group game, los Che have got to try and get something from this clash, even if odds of 3.60 (13/5) offered at bet365 suggest they are in for a difficult task.

Fernando Gago returns to the side after being rested at the weekend, while Aly Cissokho is back from domestic suspension. Jeremy Mathieu and Joao Pereira remain sidelined.

Probable starting line-up (4-2-3-1): Alves – Barragan, Rami, Ruiz, Cissokho – Gago, Banega – Feghouli, A. Costa, Guardado – Soldado.

Bayern Munich have been pretty impressive from the very start to the season, but the Bavarians have yet to secure their passage into the Champions League knockout stages.

Jupp Heynckes’ side are cruising towards their first league title after two years, having created eight-point advantage over their rivals, while they are also topping their Champions League group.

The good thing is Bayern are three points clear of third-placed BATE, a team that they will host in the final group game, but the Germans will attempt to finish the job in Spain.

Considering that the Bavarians have won 7 of 9 away games this season, you should know Ladbrokes pays 2.20 (6/5) on away win.

Arjen Robben has been ruled out through a muscle injury, but Mario Gomez and Franck Ribery return. Jerome Boateng is doubtful with a hamstring problem.

Probable starting line-up (4-2-3-1): Neuer – Lahm, Dante, Badstuber, Alaba – Martinez, Schweinsteiger – Muller, Kroos, Ribery – Mandzukic.
