This game clearly comes at a good time for Roma, given the Giallorossi are now on a three-match winning streak, but beating Fiorentina, unbeaten in last ten games, will be no easy task.

In spite of the heavy summer spending and arrival of coach Zdenek Zeman, Roma experienced huge problems at the start of the league campaign.

While impressing in some games, the Giallorossi were utterly disappointing in others, hinting they would not be able to realize their full potential after all.

However, just as everybody was starting to write them off, Roma recorded three straight victories to climb to sixth in the overall standings and can now climb to European places with three points against Fiorentina.

The hosts may be in for a difficult task here, but that is probably why William Hill pays as much as 2.00 (1/1) on home win.

After scoring at least two goals in 8 of last 9 games, Roma are 1.62 (5/8) with Ladbrokes to continue the impressive run.

Daniele De Rossi is back after serving a three-match ban, but Taddei, Lamela and Pjanic are all injury doubts.

Maarten Stekelenburg returns from injury, but Mauro Goicoechea could keep his place in the starting line-up.

Probable starting line-up (4-3-3): Goicoechea – Piris, Marquinhos, Castan, Balzaretti – De Rossi, Tachtsidis, Florenzi – Destro, Osvaldo, Totti.

Unlike their next opponents, Fiorentina have hit the ground running early on following the heavy summer recruitment at Artemio Franchi.

The five-match winning run in November saw the team effectively join the title race, although they have suffered a small dip in form since.

After ending the excellent streak with 2-2 draw at Torino, Viola repeated that result at home against Sampdoria, slipping to fourth place in the Serie A standings.

Despite still being in a very good position to fulfill their pre-season ambitions, Fiorentina arrive at Olimpico looking for a victory, and they are 3.75 (11/4) with BetFred to take all three points.

With Stevan Jovetic likely to miss out, Luca Toni will be leading the attack, and the veteran striker is 3.40 (12/5) with SkyBet to score at Olimpico.

Playmaker David Pizarro is expected to miss out due to personal problems, while Adem Ljajic, Ahmed Hegazy and Michele Camporese are definitely out.

Probable starting line-up (3-5-1-1): Viviano – Roncaglia, Rodriguez, Savic – Cuadrado, Aquilani, Olivera, Valero, Pasqual – Matias Fernandez – Toni.
