Bologna FC v Juventus FC - Serie AIt will be up to high flying Bologna to try and stop mighty Juventus in their tracks, with the Bianconeri finally climbing to the Serie A summit.

The Felsinei needed a while to adapt to the new surroundings after spending a year in Serie B, losing eight of first ten league games.

However, things soon fell into place and Bologna started climbing the league standings, and they now find themselves in the top half of the table.

The Felsinei’s performances at home have left something to be desired, as witnessed by the 4-3-6 home record, but the team have been thoroughly impressive on the road.

Having beaten Udinese at Friuli last time out, Bologna now have six wins in twelve away games, which is a record worthy of top 4 contenders.

But, that does not mean the Felsinei would rather play red-hot Juventus on the road, and they will be looking to put a dent into the Bianconeri’s title bid.

First choice keeper Antonio Mirante should return into action, whereas the attacking trio of Mounier, Destro and Giaccherini is likely to pose a big threat for the opposition defenders.

Probable starting line-up (4-3-3): Mirante – Mbaye, Gastaldello, Maietta, Masina – Donsah, Diawara, Taider – Mounier, Destro, Giaccherini.

Even before the climbed to the top of the standings, Juventus had been considered the number one candidates for the league trophy, having produced a remarkable comeback.

The Bianconeri quickly forgotten all about the slow start to the league campaign and have now won amazing 15 league matches in a row.

The last of those wins was the most important as Juventus defeated title rivals Napoli thanks to a late goal by substitute Simone Zaza, who is now pushing for a deserved start.

With the Italy international bagging 7 goals while spending just over 550 minutes on the pitch in total, he is available at 3.10 (21/10) to score anytime.

It remains to be seen whether Leonardo Bonucci will be risked after suffering a bruise to his knee, but Alex Sandro is definitely out through a muscle problem.

Juan Manuel Cuadrado faces a fitness test as he battles an ankle injury, while Giorgio Chiellini and Martin Caceres are definitely out.

Probable starting line-up (4-4-2): Buffon – Lichtsteiner, Bonucci, Barzagli, Evra – Pereyra, Khedira, Marchisio, Pogba – Dybala, Zaza.
