Racing Santander vs Real Madrid preview

Racing Santander continued the rich vein of form by bringing one point from Almeria, meaning the hosts enter the Real game full of confidence and without any pressure.

Having taken 10 points from last 6 league games, Racing significantly improved their survival chances, although they are still just five points clear of the bottom three.

Adrian Gonzalez and Manuel Arana have been ruled out with injuries, whereas Alexandros Tziolis and Oscar Serrano remain long-term worries. With key defenders Henrique and Cisma also unlikely to feature, Racing definitely face an uphill task.

Real recovered well from the goalless draw at Osasuna, having hammered Malaga 7:0 and los Blancos are now looking to record another morale-boosting win.

Considering the fact that Real won just one out of last four away games, los Merengues could have problems in this match, especially as Racing are unbeaten in last six games.

Jose Mourinho will be without Cristiano Ronaldo, Khedira, Lass and Gago, but, unlike Racing, Real have good replacements for the absentees.

Taking into account that Racing will be without several very important players, odds of 1.52 (1/2) offered by Titan Bet on away win look too good to pass, while if you believe Racing will continue their unbeaten run then take the odds of 2.80 (9/5) on Racing not to lose.
