Bosnia-Hercegovina midfielder Miralem Pjanic is confident that his side can beat Portugal to the place at the Euro 2012 finals despite the goalless draw in Zenica.

Safet Susic’s side were very close to winning the first leg at Bilino Polje, but the game ended scoreless after substitute Vedad Ibisevic missed two glorious chances for the hosts.

Despite the stalemate in the first leg, Miralem Pjanic believes Bosnia can still make it to the final tournament.

“We’re still confident for what is to come,” Pjanic told UEFA.com. “If we score a goal over there, I think we’ll go through.

“They would then have to score two, and we have the players to do it. It’s all still open, so it’s going to be a great match.”

“We’re going there to play our game, our football. We showed in France that we can do it. We’re not scared.

“We’re a team that’s constantly progressing and we’re managing to rival the big teams. What we want is to be in the big competitions, and we’re going to participate in the next one.”

Bosnia will be hoping to produce another impressive away performance when they face Portugal at La Luz, with Safet Susic’s side priced at 3.80 (14/5) with Unibet to make it to the next round.
