High-flying Bosnia travel to Stade de France, needing a victory to dislodge les Bleus from the first place in the standings and clinch automatic qualification for Euro 2012.

Laurent Blanc’s side, on the other hand, need just one point to make it to the final tournament, although they are expected to go for a win here.

Taking into consideration numerous problems that Laurent Blanc inherited from mad man Raymond Domenech, the mere fact that France enter the final round of Euro 2012 qualifiers from first place speaks volumes about the progress les Bleus have made of late.

Following the starting defeat to Belarus, France won six and drew two games, thus proving they are definitely on the right track.

Les Bleus faced numerous difficulties before the final two rounds as Franck Ribery, Bacary Sagna and Karim Benzema had to withdraw from the squad because of injuries, but that didn’t stop them from recording a convincing victory over Albania.

The good news is that Kevin Gameiro and Eric Abidal have resumed full training, but Laurent Blanc now has doubts over the fitness of Yann M’Vila, Yohan Cabaye, Adil Rami and Patrice Evra.

Despite all the problems France are still considered favourites in this clash, as witnessed by odds of 1.51 (51/100) offered by 188BET on home win.

Probable starting line-up (4-4-2): Lloris – Debuchy, Rami, Abidal, Evra – Nasri, Cabaye, M’Vila, Malouda – Gomis, Remy.

Bosnia-Hercegovina have been on the constant uptrend over the last few years and they narrowly missed out on the place at the 2010 World Cup, having lost to Portugal in the play-offs.

The Dragons are now determined to avoid similar scenario and are looking to ensure Euro 2012 qualification by beating France on their own soil.

That is certainly easier said than done, but with Bosnia winning their last four qualifying games, one may be tempted to back Safet Susic’s side, at odds of 7.50 (13/2) offered by Stan James.

Bosnia did lose the reversed fixture 2:0 last September, but the national team have improved a great deal since and they are now brimming with confidence following the great run of results.

Recent reports suggest that Bosnia could have the support of around 15,000 traveling fans, which is likely to give the visitors an extra boost.

Apart from Sejad Salihovic, coach Susic will have full squad to choose from, although he is likely to revert to 4-5-1 formation.

Probable starting line-up (4-2-3-1): Hasagic – Mujdza, Spahic, Papac, Lulic – Zahirovic, Rahimic – Misimovic, Pjanic, Medunjanin – Dzeko.
