Wolves vs Liverpool 3.30 3.25 2.38

New signing Adam Hammil could be handed a debut for Wolves, as Mick McCarthy faces serious selection problems. David Edwards miss out through a virus, Sylvain Ebanks-Blake is out with injury, whereas George Elokobi serves the final match of his three-game ban.

Steven Gerrard is serving the final game of his suspension, but Joe Cole could be in line for a start after completing 45 minutes in a reserve game. Milan Jovanovic is doubtful with an illness and Jamie Carragher remains sidelined.

Arsenal vs Wigan 1.21 7.5 17.2

Marouane Chamakh and Denilson will be in contention after shaking off minor knocks, but Lukasz Fabianski is still not ready to return, just like Manuel Almunia, Abou Diaby, Sebastien Squilacci and Thomas Vermaelen.

Victor Moses and James McCarthy have resumed training following the lengthy spell on the sidelines, but they are unlikely to feature in this match. Keeper Chris Kirkland is fit again but Roberto Martinez is expected to keep his faith in Ali Al Habsi.

Blackpool vs Sunderland 2.50 2.80 3.20

Marlon Harewood could be in contention after recovering from a hamstring injury but he is unlikely to take some part in this match. Basham, Carney, Clarke, Gilks and Martin are still unavailable.

After Darren Bent left for Aston Villa, Steve Bruce has just one fit striker in the squad. With Frazier Campbell and Danny Welbeck both on the sidelines, Asamoah Gyan looks set to play as a lone striker. Meyler, Turner, Carson, Cattermole and Mensah are also out.

Everton vs West Ham 1.53 3.80 7.00

Louis Saha is a doubt with a thigh strain, meaning Victor Anichebe is likely to partner Jermaine Beckford up front. Phil Jagielka could return from injury, but Tim Cahill is still away on international duty.

Avram Grant will have his most influential player Scott Parker back to the side, while Herita Ilunga could also return to contention. Victor Obinna is banned, while Collison, Dyer, Hitzlsperger, Da Costa, Stanislas and Jacobsen remain long-term worries.

Fulham vs Stoke 2.20 3.20 3.50

New signing Steve Sidwell is in line for his debut in Fulham shirt, while Andy Johnson should also start after scoring the equalizer against Wigan. Moussa Dembelle will start on the bench, while Schwarzer, Zamora and Senderos remain unavailable.

Tony Pulis will hand a debut to John Carew, with FA Cup hero Jon Walters dropping to the bench. Danny Higginbotham, Mamadou Sidibe and Eidur Gudjohnsen are all major doubts.

Manchester United vs Birmingham 1.21 5.60 11.5

Rafael is suspended following his shenanigans at White Hart Lane, but John O’Shea is fit to play and he should occupy the right-back position. Paul Scholes will also play some part, while Hargreaves, Park and Valencia are unavailable.

Alex McLeish suffered a big blow as defender Scott Dann was ruled out for the season, although the situation with injuries is not so difficult seeing that James McFadden is the only other absentee.

Newcastle vs Tottenham
3.20 3.22 2.27

Andy Carrol continues to miss out through a thigh injury and now Alan Smith has picked up an ankle injury which is likely to rule him out of the season. Ben Arfa, Gosling, Campbell, Ryan Taylor and Steven Taylor are also out with injuries.

New signing Steven Pienaar will be handed his debut, while Benoit Assou-Ekotto and Wilson Palacios are minor doubts after picking up injuries in training. King, Woodgate, Huddlestone and O’Hara are not yet ready to return.

Aston Villa vs Manchester City
3.60 3.20 2.10

Darren Bent is set to start up front after arriving from Sunderland but another new signing, Jean II Makoun still awaits international clearance. Ashley Young returns to the side but Emile Heskey is still suspended.

Edin Dzeko, Nigel De Jong, Gareth Barry and Kolo Toure are set to start after being rested against Leicester, but Mario Balotelli and Micah Richards remain on the sidelines.

Sunday

Blackburn vs West Brom 2.20 3.25 3.25

Jermaine Jones is in line for a debut following his move from Schalke, while David Dunn should be fit to play. Ryan Nelsen, Mark Bunn and Steven Nzonzi are minor injury doubts.

Roberto Di Mateo was happy to see Graham Dorrans and Youssouf Mulumbu shake off injuries picked up against Blackpool, while the Italian will also welcome back Jonas Olsson. Barnes, Fortune, Ibanez and Miller are doubtful for this clash.

Monday

Bolton vs Chelsea 5.50 3.60 1.67

New signing David Wheater is included in the squad to face Chelsea, but Ivan Klasnic and Gretar Steinsson remain injury doubts. Lee, David, O’Brien, Gardner and Samuel are unavailable.

Carlo Ancelotti is sweating over the fitness of Frank Lampard, while John Terry is also a minor doubt. Alex, Benayoun and Zhirkov remain long-term absentees.
