Wednesday’s late kick off in the Premier League sees Liverpool host Sunderland at Anfield.

The hosts go in to the game having comfortably taken all three points at bottom club Queens Park Rangers on Sunday, and start 2013 in the top half of the table.

Reds manager Brendon Rogers is expected to return to the side-lines having missed the weekend victory through illness, while on the playing side, Jose Enrique is missing with a hamstring injury.

Luis Suarez made it sixteen for the season with his brace in the 3-0 defeat of bottom of the table Queens Park Rangers last time out, and the Uruguayan is the 4.0 (3/1) favourite to once again open the scoring, while Sunderland old boy Jordan Henderson is available at 19.0 (18/1) with Bet Victor.

Liverpool are odds on to get all three points with Paddy Power offering the best price of 1.44 (4/9), whilst Sunderland are as highly priced as 9.5 (17/2) with William Hill. The draw is 4.8 (19/4) with Bet Victor.

The visitors currently sit in 14th place, just four points about the relegation zone having lost to Tottenham Hotspur last time out.

John O’Shea will miss the game after picking up s hamstring injury at the weekend, though Danny Rose is set to return to the starting line-up after being ineligible to face his parent club.

Top scorer Steven Fletcher is 10.5 (19/2) with Bet Victor to get the first goal of the game, whilst Adam Johnson is worth a look at 23.0 (22/1) with Bet 365.

The last four league meetings between these sides have featured two goals or less, so you might want to take advantage of the 2.23 (16/13) on offer from 188 Bet for the net to be hit fewer than three times once again.

Sunderland have never beaten Liverpool at Anfield in the Premier League, so with all considered, Bet Victor’s offer of 9.25 (33/4) for Liverpool to win with under 2.5 goals in the game, and Luis Suarez to score in their spincast market looks very tempting.

No player has scored more goals away from home the Suarez, who already has two more league goals than he managed in the whole of last season.
