Saturday afternoon’s game at Stamford Bridge sees table toppers Chelsea entertain a Norwich City side still in search of their first league win of the campaign.

The hosts, who have dropped just two points in the league this season, go in to the game having swept aside Danish Superliga champions Nordsjaelland in the Champions League on Tuesday.

Roberto Di Matteo could recall club captain John Terry, who was dropped for his side’s midweek victory, while Eden Hazard may also return to the starting line-up. Striker Daniel Sturridge remains side-lined with a hamstring injury.

Top scorer Fernando Torres is once again set to lead the line, and the Spanish forward is priced at 4.0 (3/1) with most bookmakers to open the scoring, whilst fellow countryman Juan Mata is 7.0 (6/1) with Ladbrokes to follow up his midweek brace with the first goal of the game.

Chelsea are unsurprisingly odds on to extend their lead at the top of the table with another three points; 1.25 (1/4) being the best price available for the home win. Norwich City are as high as 15.0 (14/1) for an unlikely victory, whilst the draw is 6.0 (5/1) with Ladbrokes.

Chris Hughton may well have defend Sebastien Bassong available after the Cameroon international missed the 5-2 defeat to Liverpool last weekend, while Anthony Pilkington is being closely monitored as he recovers from a back injury.

Striker Grant Holt finally opened his account for the season on Saturday, and the three time Norwich City Player of the Year is 15.0 (14/1) to open the scoring here, whist Steve Morrison who also got off the mark last week is a 19.0 (18/1) chance with Stan James.

Holt scored a consolation for his side when these two sides met at Stamford Bridge last year with Chelsea running out 3-1 winners in August; Stan James offer the best odds of 12.0 (11/1) for a repeat of that result.

However, with the European Champions is such scintillating form, you might prefer to take advantage of the offer of 3.30 (23/10) from William Hill for Chelsea to score four or more goals for the fourth time this season.
