Sunderland made the headlines in the first part of the season as they hammered then high-flying Chelsea at Stamford Bridge and everybody is wondering of they can do it again.

The Black Cats cemented the sixth place in the standings as they beat Blackpool away and they enter this match full of confidence.

New signing from PSG, Stephane Sessegnon could be handed a debut, but Sulley Muntari will not be available.

Lee Cattermole faces a fitness test, while Meyler, Welbeck, Campbell and Turner remain sidelined.

Chelsea management pulled off quite a coup on deadline day, having snatched Fernando Torres and David Luiz, but we are yet to see what kind of effect the new signings will have on the squad.

With both Torres and Luiz still not in contention, Carlo Ancelotti is likely to field a similar side to that which earned a draw at Goodison at the weekend.

Salomon Kalou is pushing for the starting place after scoring against Everton, but Alex, Zhirkov and Benayoun remain on the sidelines.

Paddy Power has the best price on the market on away win, 1.70 (7/10), while Sunderland are 5.00 (4/1) to beat the Blues for the second time this season. Draw pays 3.60 (13/5).
