Sevilla vs Real MadridThe Cardiff City Stadium in Wales will be a perfect setting for Real Madrid superstar Gareth Bale to prove his worth as one of world’s best players as his los Blancos take on Sevilla in the UEFA Super Cup.

The reigning Europa League winners may be the underdogs here, but they will attempt to make life difficult for their La Liga rivals.

Real Madrid may have missed out on the league trophy last term, but the Copa del Rey title and tenth European Champions Cup turned the season into a success.

Los Blancos wasted no time in further reinforcing the squad, splashing the cash of James Rodriguez, Toni Kroos and Keylor Navas this summer to create one of the strongest teams ever.

Most star players have missed much of the pre-season having taken part at the 2014 World Cup, but Carlo Ancelotti has hinted that all of them will be in the starting line-up against Sevilla.

With that in mind, it is hardly surprising los Blancos have been made 1.44 (4/9) favourites to win the match in regulation time.

After recovering from injury, Cristiano Ronaldo looks set to start on the left wing, with the Portuguese superstar priced at 1.60 (3/5) to score anytime.

Jese Rodriguez and Xabi Alonso miss out through injury and suspension respectively, while Angel Di Maria is in contention but is unlikely to start.

Probable starting line-up (4-2-3-1): Casillas – Carvajal, Pepe, Ramos, Coentrao – Kroos, Modric – Bale, Rodriguez, Ronaldo – Benzema.

Sevila experienced all sorts of problems last season, but they still managed to enjoy a successful campaign, finishing fifth in La Liga and winning the Europa League trophy.

Once again, the club have seen a number of star players leave as Ivan Rakitic, Stephane M’Bia, Diego Perotti and Marko Marin are no longer at Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan, but they have made some decent signings as well.

In came Aleix Vidal, Denis Suarez, Iago Aspas, Grzegorz Krychowiak and Alejandro Arribas, although it remains to be seen if they can play an important part this season.

Los Rojiblancos seem well prepared for the start of the new campaign having recorded 2-0 wins over Hertha, Fenerbahce and Cordoba in their previous three fixtures, but they are, nonetheless, 5.00 (4/1) to lift the Super Cup trophy.

Full-back Coke has recovered from a nose injury and he is expected to start, but Javi Varas and Piotr Trochowski are not in contention.

Probable starting line-up (4-2-3-1): Beto – Coke, Fazio, Pareja, Navarro – Carrico, Iborra – Vitolo, Reyes, Vidal – Bacca.
