Hertha vs BayernHaving finally left the danger zone by defeating Koln on the road, Hertha will face the ultimate test as they play host to Bundesliga leaders Bayern Munich.

The Bavarians will be looking to return to winning ways after losing to Manchester City in midweek, and they will fancy their chances of winning in Berlin.

One of Germany’s most famous clubs showed a great deal of promise on their return to the elite division last term, finishing the league campaign in mid table.

Die Alte Dame then stayed without Ramos and Lasogga, but recruited a number of quality players and were in turn tipped for another successful season.

However, Hertha largely struggled in the opening exchanges, especially on the travels and they slipped to the danger zone by losing three of four matches ahead of the trip to Koln.

Die Alte Dame then did well to record a hard-fought win and finally end the barren run on the road, so they go into the Bayern game in good spirits.

And even though the hosts face mountain to climb against the reigning champions, both teams to score bet should be considered at 2.10 (11/10).

Coach Jos Luhukay has no fresh selection problems, but Marius Gersbeck, Peter Pekarik, Sebastian Langkamp, Alexander Baumjohan, Fabian Lustenberger and Tolga Cigerci remain on the sidelines.

Probable starting line-up (4-2-3-1): Kraft – N’Djeng, Hegeler, Brooks, Schulz – Hosogai, Skjelbred – Beerens, Stocker, Ben Hatira – Schieber.

Bayern Munich continued where they left off last season and it appears another Bundesliga title is theirs to lose.

The Bavarians have a seven-point cushion at the top after mere 12 games and they have yet to suffer the first league defeat of the campaign.

Meanwhile, Bayern secured the first place in their Champions League group in spite of the unfortunate defeat to Manchester City, with Pep Guardiola’s men playing some good stuff even with Mehdi Benatia sent off early on.

Pep Guardiola is now set to recall several important players to the starting line-up, so no wonder the Bavarians are just 1.65 (13/20) for a half-time/full-time win at Olympiastadion.

Bastian Schweinsteiger continued his recovery from injury by featuring at the Etihad, but he is not yet ready to be handed the first start of the season.

Meanwhile, the likes of Javi Martinez, Thiago Alcantara, Holger Badstuber, Claudio Pizarro, Pepe Reina, Tom Starke, David Alaba and Philipp Lahm are out injured.

Probable starting line-up (4-1-4-1): Neuer – Rafinha, Boateng, Dante, Bernat – Alonso – Muller, Rode, Gotze, Ribery – Lewandowski.
