Sunday’s Premier League action kicks off at Turf Moor where relegation threatened Burnley face a Tottenham Hotspur side desperate to stay in the hunt for a top four spot.

The Clarets have taken just five points from the last twenty-seven available, with their only win in that run last month’s surprise triumph over champions Manchester City.

However, they go in to the weekend just a point from safety, and will climb out of the bottom three if they better the result achieved by Sunderland, who face rivals Newcastle United later on Sunday.

Stephen Ward could return after recovering from an ankle injury while Matt Taylor is also back in training following an Achilles problem.

Top scorer Danny Ings is widely available at 8.0 (7/1) to open the scoring, with George Boyd a 15.0 (14/1) chance with a variety of firms.

The home win is as highly priced as the 3.5 (5/2) on offer from several bookmakers, with the visitors favourites at 2.25 (5/4) with Paddy Power. The draw is 3.55 (28/11) with 888 Sport.

Tottenham have won three of their last four games, but go in to this weekend’s games six points off the Champions League qualification places.
They can however move up to fifth if they win here and other results fall in their favour, with just seven matches remaining after this weekend.

Manager Mauricio Pochettino will be unable to call on first choice goalkeeper Hugo Lloris after the France international suffered a gashed knee in the win over Leicester City a fortnight ago, while Danny Rose and Roberto Soldado are also injury concerns for the Argentinian.

Harry Kane, fresh from making his international bow, is unsurprisingly favourite to get the first goal of the game at 5.0 (4/1), with Christian Eriksen an 8.5 (15/2) chance with 888 Sport.

The reverse league fixture ended in a 2-1 victory for Spurs back in December, two weeks before the sides played out a 1-1 draw in the third round of the FA Cup, with the North Londoners winning the replay by four goals to two.

You can back both teams to score at 1.65 (13/20) with Labrokes, while Sky Bet offer 1.91 (10/11) for the away side to score two or more goals, as they have done in twelve of their last fifteen games.
