Out-of-form Malaga and improving Valencia face each other at Estadio la Rosaleda, looking to get one over their rivals for the final Champions League berth.

Despite all kinds of problems the club faced during the summer, Malaga enjoyed a very bright start to the season.

Los Boquerones not only climbed to La Liga top 4, but also impressed in Europe as well, and went on to secure the first place in their qualifying group.

However, the team have suffered a major dip in form over the last few weeks, failing to win any of their last five matches in all competitions.

Having lost their last two home games to Rayo Vallecano and Real Sociedad, Manuel Pellegrini’s side will have to show a massive improvement in order to beat in-form Valencia.

Coral has the highest price on the market as far as home win is concerned, paying 2.20 (6/5), but we do not see big value in betting on Malaga here.

Manuel Pellegrini has no fresh injury worries, but Julio Baptista and Nacho Monreal are not yet ready to return into action.

Probable starting line-up (4-2-3-1): Caballero – Gamez, Weligton, Demichelis, Eliseu – Toulalan, Camacho – Joaquin, Isco, Portillo – Saviola.

Unlike Malaga, Valencia had a pretty slow start to the season, as hectic schedule and selection problems prevented the team from showing all they’ve got.

Los Che, nonetheless, kept improving as the season progressed and they appear to be in very good form at the moment.

While taking seven points from last three La Liga games, Mauricio Pellegrino’s side largely impressed in Europe, beating BATE Borisov both home and away, before producing an excellent showing against mighty Bayern.

Having outplayed their more illustrious opponents despite playing with ten men for an hour, los Che will certainly have something to build on when they tackle Malaga.

With the visitors eager to beat their rivals for a top 4 finish, you should know away win pays 3.80 (14/5) at BetVictor.

This game comes to soon for Joao Pereira, while Jeremy Mathieu and Sergio Canales remain long-term worries. Roberto Soldado and Victor Ruiz are suspended.

Probable starting line-up (4-2-3-1): Diego Alves – Barragan, Rami, R. Costa, Cissokho – Banega, A. Costa – Feghouli, Jonas, Guardado – Valdez.
