Roma tackle Atalanta at the start of their Coppa Italia campaign that the Giallorossi hope will finish with the final at their Olimpico.

Following heavy summer spending, Roma were seen by many as serious title contenders, but Zdenek Zeman’s side experienced all sorts of problems in the opening exchanges.

Despite playing really well in pre-season, the Giallorossi needed a lot of time to hit the ground running, but it appears they are finally back on track.

The visitors will have former Lazio player Guglielmo Stendardo back from suspension, but Capelli, Biondini and Marilungo remain sidelined.

Boss Stefano Colantuono is unlikely to make wholesale changes to the team that recorded a very important victory over Parma.
