Having recovered the four-point lead at the Serie A summit, Juventus go into this game full of confidence, but their opponents will be in similar mood after beating Roma in Derby della Capitale.

The Bianconeri began this season in excellent fashion, winning 9 of first 10 Serie A games, but the home defeat to Inter saw the Neroazzurri close the gap behind them to just one point.

Big win over Pescara helped the team return to winning ways, while Inter’s defeat in Bergamo saw them again create a four-point cushion at the top.

With title rivals Napoli in for a difficult task against Milan, Juventus could make a giant step towards the title race with a win over Lazio, but odds of 1.50 (1/2) offered at BetFred are not good value for money.

After bagging 29 goals in 12 Serie A games this term, backing the Bianconeri to score two or more at odds of 1.53 (8/15) offered at Titan Bet could be a better option.

Andrea Pirlo misses out through suspension, meaning Paul Pogba will get another opportunity to showcase his skills, while Mauricio Isla seems to be winning the race to start on the right.

Probable starting line-up (3-5-2): Buffon – Barzagli, Bonucci, Chiellini – Isla, Vidal, Pogba, Marchisio, Asamoah – Vucinic, Quagliarella.

Lazio opened the new campaign with three straight victories, hinting they will be fighting for the Champions League places this season.

Following back to back defeats to Genoa and Napoli, the Biancocelesti won another three, but they then suffered a dip in form and went on to pick up just one point from next three fixtures.

Comfortable victory over Panathinaikos helped the team restore some of the lost confidence just before the all-important clash against Roma, with Lazio coming from a goal behind to record a 3-2 win over their arch rivals.

Boss Vladimir Petkovic now hopes the good run will continue against Juventus, although there is a reason why his side are priced at 6.50 (11/2) at Stan James.

Stefano Mauri and Senad Lulic both miss out through suspension, while Sergio Floccari is an injury doubt.

Probable starting line-up (4-1-4-1): Marchetti – Konko, Biava, Dias, Radu – Ledesma – Gonzalez, Brocchi, Hernanes, Candreva – Klose.
