Samir NasriManchester City are set to offload French midfielder Samir Nasri, who does not feature in Pep Guardiola’s plans for next season.

Former Arsenal man got embroiled in controversy in recent weeks as videos of him glorifying drug use appeared on social media.

Samir Nasri also dug a hole for himself after returning from the summer break overweight and Guardiola is keen to get him off the books in remaining weeks of the summer transfer market.

Citizens have put a £17 million price tag on the French midfielder and three Serie A clubs have already come knocking at the door.

According to various reports, AC Milan, Inter Milan and AS Roma are all considering an offer for the 29-year-old.

Milan giants went through ownership changes and are willing to invest in squads to try and challenge Juventus for the title next season, while Roma are believed to be looking for a replacement for Miralem Pjanic who joined Juventus earlier in the summer.

The Old Lady are once again first favourites to win the Serie A title with betting odds of 1.45 (9/20) @SportingBet on Bianconeri to lift the title at the end of campaign.

Samir Nasri has spent five seasons with Manchester City since his arrival from Arsenal in 2011.

Last season has not been particularly impressive for the injury-plagued French midfielder as he only made 12 Premier League appearances for the club.
