Sunday’s game at White Hart Lane sees Tottenham Hotspur host Swansea City, with both sides on a high after recording fine Europa League victories on Thursday evening.

Spurs, who began their Premier League campaign with a narrow victory at Crystal Palace last weekend, could welcome back Aaron Lennon and Jan Vertonghen, who both missed the 5-0 victory over Dinamo Tblisi.

However, Emmanuel Adebayor and Lewis Holtby remain side-lined while Gareth Bale’s protracted move to Real Madrid is imminent.

Summer signing Roberto Soldado has scored three goals in his first two competitive games for Andre Villas-Boas’ side, and is 4.5 (7/2) with most firms to open the scoring, while fellow new arrival Paulinho, who opened his Spurs account on Thursday is a 13.0 (12/1) shot with Sky Bet.

The home win is 1.67 (4/6) with Bet Victor, while Swansea are as highly priced as the 6.5 (11/2) offered by Bet 365, who also give the best odds of 4.0 (3/1) for the draw.

The visitors fell to a 4-1 defeat to Champions Manchester United last weekend, but responded with an impressive 5-1 victory over Petrolul Ploiesti five days later.

Nathan Dyer remains out injured , but Ben Davies could return after sitting out of Thursday’s victory.

Michu is 9.0 (8/1) with most bookmakers to get the first goal of the game, while Wilfred Bony is a 10.0 (9/1) chance with Bet Victor.

Spurs are unbeaten in their last five meetings with the Welsh side, winning the last three including the 1-0 victory in last season’s corresponding fixture.

You can back the North London club to win to nil at 2.9 (19/10) with Ladbrokes, while you may also be tempted to take advantage of their price of 19.0 (18/1) for Belgian defender Jan Vertonghen to score first, as he did in both of the sides meetings last season.

Iceland international Gylfi Sigurdsson enjoyed a successful loan spell in South Wales last year before securing a move to White Hart Lane, and can be backed at 3.6 (13/5) with Paddy Power to score at any time, while former Spurs man Wayne Routledge, who scored twice midweek, is a 9.0 (8/1) shot with the same firm.
