This evening’s game at Anfield sees fourth place Liverpool host an upwardly mobile Norwich City.

Brendan Rodgers’ side suffered a shocked defeat to Hull City on Sunday afternoon, and another loss here will see them slip out of the Champions League qualification places.

Philippe Coutinho, who was only fit enough to play the final twenty-five minutes at the KC Stadium last time out is pushing for a recall to the starting line-up along with Daniel Agger and Iago Aspas who were both overlooked at the weekend.

Daniel Sturridge is set to miss up to eight weeks with an ankle problem, so the in-form Luis Suarez will once again lead the line.

The Uruguay international, who has scored seven times in his last three games against this opposition, is unsurprisingly favourite to get the first goal of the game at 3.5 (5/2) with a number of firms ahead of Steven Gerrard, who is a 9.0 (8/1) shot with Bet 365.

The home win is widely available at 1.29 (2/7), with Norwich as highly priced as the 13.0 (12/1) offered by Stan James, who have the draw at 6.5 (11/2).

The Canaries’ second win in three games – the 1-0 victory over Crystal Palace last time out – saw them climb to fourteenth place, and another three points here could see them rise into the top half should other results fall in their favour.

Chris Hughton has no fresh injury concerns, though Robert Snodgrass, Anthony Pilkington and Ricky van Wolfswinkel all remain side-lined.

Gary Hooper is widely available at 15.0 (14/1) to open the scoring, with Nathan Redmond, Leroy Fer and Wes Hoolahan each priced at 29.0 (28/1) with Bet 365.

After netting two hat-tricks in his last three games against Norwich, Luis Suarez is 11.0 (10/1) with Bet Victor to score three or more this time around.

Alternatively, you may want to take advantage of Coral’s offer of 2.0 (1/1) for the hosts to net at least three times, as they have in each of the last three meetings between these sides, while each one of those games were 2-0 to the Reds at half time, which is 5.75 (19/4), also with Coral this time around.
