This weekend’s Premier League action concludes in South Wales on Sunday afternoon as Cardiff City host Swansea City in the first ever top flight meeting between the sides.

Malky Mackay’s men began the weekend just two places and one point above the bottom three having won just one of their last seven league games.

The go in to the game on the back of their goalless draw at Norwich City, though three points here could see them go above their fierce rivals and opponents Swansea.

Craig Bellamy is set to return to the Cardiff starting line-up to captain the side, while Craig Noone should also be available following an ankle problem though Andreas Cornelius remains out.

Fraizer Campbell is widely available at 9.0 (8/1) with a variety of firms to open the scoring, ahead of Bellamy who is widely available at 11.0 (10/1).

The home win is priced at 3.4 (12/5) with Bet 365, with the visitors favourites at 2.3 (13/10) with the same firm who also offer the best odds of 3.4 (12/5) for the draw.

Michael Laudrup’s men are in ninth place, but could slip dangerously close to the bottom three if they lose here, and other results go against them.

Like their opponents the Swans played out a goalless draw last time out, sharing the spoils with West Ham United a week ago.

Captain Ashley Williams and Jonjo Shelvey are both available though Pablo Hernandez is out with the thigh injury he picked up at the Liberty Stadium last weekend.

Michu is favourite to get the first goal of the game at 7.0 (6/1) with Bet Victor, with Wilfried Bony a 7.5 (13/2) chance with the same firm.

One goal has been enough to decide this fixture the last two times the sides have met, with the away side winning on the last two occasions.

A 1-0 away win is 8.5 (15/2) with Bet 365, who offer 11.0 (10/1) for the hosts to win by the same scoreline.

Alternatively, with local derby’s typically feisty, you may want to take advantage of William Hill’s offer of 2.88 (15/8) for six of more cards to be shown.
