Monday evening’s match at Upton Park sees West Ham United face Newcastle United.

Slaven Bilic’s side sit in tenth place after winning two of their opening four league games, with one of those victories coming last time out at Anfield.

In fact, both of their triumphs so far have come away from home, and a first win in front of their own fans here would see them rise into the top five.

Andy Carroll could feature for the first time since February after recovering from a knee injury though Alex Song, who has returned to the club on loan, is out with an ankle problem.

New signings Victor Moses, Michail Antonio and Nickica Jelavic are all pushing for their Hammers’ debuts.

Diafro Sakho is favourite to open the scoring at 6.0 (5/1) with a number of firms with Jelavic a 7.0 (6/1) chance with Bet 365.

The home win is widely available at 2.15 (23/20), with the visitors as highly priced as the 3.75 (11/4) on offer from Betfred. The draw is a 3.6 (13/5) chance with Sky Bet.

Steve McClaren’s men are yet to win anywhere in the league this season, and go in to the game sitting in the relegation with just two points, and are only off the bottom of the table on goal difference.

Victory here will see them move to fourteenth place, though the club have only registered three league wins in 2015 however one of those was against this evening’s opponents.

Aleksander Mitrovic misses out though suspension, while Paul Dummet, Curtis Good, Emmanuel Riviere and Sylvian Marveaux are all side-lined through injury.

Papiss Cisse is 8.0 (7/1) to get the first goal of the game, ahead of Ayoze Perez available at 11.0 (10/1) with William Hill.

Both of last season’s clashes between the sides ended in home wins to nil, so you maybe be tempted to back that outcome here at 3.8 (14/5) with Bet Victor.

Alternatively, West Ham have kept six clean sheets in their last six matches against Newcastle and are priced at 3.0 (2/1) with Bet 365 to do so this time around.
