PSG vs BarcelonaThe two sides are exactly where they were a couple of weeks ago following the goalless draw at Parc des Princes, but chances are we will see a more interesting match at the Bernabeu.

Having dominated the first encounter, los Blancos will be eager to produce another quality performances, whereas the Saints need to show improvement if they want to extend their unbeaten run.

While many were quick to criticise the appointment of Rafael Benitez, the Spaniard has done really well since taking over the reigns at Santiago Bernabeu.

The biggest improvement has been in defence, as los Blancos conceded mere two goals in first 11 games of the season, although their front line did not always perform up to the standard.

That had something to do with injuries to Benzema, Bale, Modric and James, but, all things considered, Real have done quite well during the busy schedule.

Following wins over Levante, Celta and Las Palmas, los Blancos sit tied on points with arch rivals Barcelona in the La Liga standings, whereas their Champions League campaign is going according to plan as well.

Real Madrid were the better team in the first match against PSG at Parc des Princes and no wonder they have been made 1.77 (7/9) favourites to win the return leg.

The likes of Karim Benzema and Gareth Bale are unlikely to be risked, whereas James Rodriguez should make his return in the final stage of the match.

Luka Modric, Alvaro Arbeloa and Pepe have all recovered and they will be in contention for starting places on Tuesday evening.

Probable starting line-up (4-3-3): Navas – Danilo, Pepe, Ramos, Marcelo – Modric, Casemiro, Kroos – Vazquez, Ronaldo, Isco.

Paris Saint-Germain are confidently marching towards yet another Ligue 1 trophy, with Laurent Blanc’s charges opening up a ten-point lead at the league summit.

The Saints defeated Rennes on the road to extend their winning run to six Ligue 1 fixtures, meaning they can now shift their focus towards the Champions League campaign.

Paris Saint-Germain started the competition strongly, easing off to wins over Shakhtar Donetsk and Malmo FF, but they were far from impressive in the goalless draw with Real Madrid.

There are no doubts that the French giants will want to make things right at Santiago Bernabeu, and they are 5.00 (4/1) to claim maximum points.

Laurent Blanc has welcomed back David Luiz and Presnel Kimpembe from injury, with the Brazilian tipped to start in Madrid.

However, the likes of Javier Pastore and Marquinhos have failed to make the trip. Edinson Cavani, Marco Verratti and Zlatan Ibrahimovic will be recalled to the side.

Probable starting line-up (4-3-3): Trapp – Aurier, Luiz, Silva, Maxwell – Verratti, Motta, Matuidi – di Maria, Ibrahimovic, Cavani.
