Marco Reus injuryBorussia Dortmund star Marco Reus is set for another spell on the sidelines having injured his ankle while on international duty.

The highly rated forward had missed the 2014 World Cup with an ankle problem, but he returned for the start of the new season.

Reus in turn started Germany’s Euro 2016 qualifier against Scotland, but had to be replaced after injuring the same ankle.

His club Borussia Dortmund have revealed the forward has suffered a partial tear and they expect him to miss next four weeks of action.

“Team doctor Markus Braun diagnosed a partial tear and stretching of ligaments,” a Dortmund statement said.

This means that Reus will miss Tuesday’s Champions League clash against Arsenal, where the Millionaires are 2.00 (1/1) to win at their Signal-Iduna Park.
