Atletico vs Sevilla 2-1Sevilla aim to overturn a one-goal deficit from the first leg of this semi-final tie, but the absence of two important defenders could prove to be a major issue.

La Liga high-flyers Atletico Madrid carry a 2-1 lead into the second leg at Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan, and they do seem to be the favourites to reach the Copa del Rey final.

This season has been pretty difficult for Sevilla and not only because the club are in serious financial problems.

The team have also been struggling to fulfill their potential, although the arrival of former Valencia boss Unai Emery certainly changed everything for the better.

As a result, Sevilla managed to win three of last five league games, losing only to El Clasico rivals, while qualifying for the Copa del Rey semi-finals.

Following the 2-1 defeat in the first leg, everybody at the club sees the return leg as the biggest match of the season, but overturning a one-goal deficit will be no easy task.

Odds of 2.88 (17/9) offered at Paddy Power on Sevilla to qualify show the difficulty of the job that lies ahead.

With Fernando Navarro and Emir Spahic both suspended and Cicinho struggling for form after injury, Unai Emery might have to make do without three starting defenders.

Probable starting line-up (4-2-3-1): Beto – Coke, Botia, Fazio, Moreno – Kondogbia, Medel – Navas, Rakitic, Reyes – Negredo.

Atletico Madrid have been absolutely brilliant in Spanish La Liga this term, and they have a unique opportunity to finish the league campaign above bitter rivals Real Madrid.

Whatever happens, los Colchoneros will be playing Champions League football next season, but after crashing out of Europa League, they need to try and make it to Copa del Rey final if they want to win a trophy this season.

The result from the first leg as well as three straight victories in all competitions give Diego Simeone and his men plenty of reason for optimism, but it is clear they cannot afford to lose in Seville.

Atletico are now 1.45 (9/20) favourites to qualify with bet365, while they are 3.00 (2/1) at BetVictor to win at Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan.

Cata Diaz will act as a replacement for suspended Diego Godin, while Mario Suarez looks set to return after he was rested at the weekend.

Probable starting line-up (4-2-3-1): Courtois – Juanfran, Miranda, Diaz, Filipe Luis – Mario, Gabi – Koke, Turan, Diego Costa – Falcao.
