Two top table Serie A sides will battle for a chance to battle Roma in the quarter-finals, with both managers using this game to rest some of their key players.

Having finally climbed to the top half of the standings, Udinese took a big weight off their shoulders, as the poor start of the league campaign threatened to get them involved in the relegation tussle.

Amazing Antonio Di Natale has come to the rescue on so many occasions and his goals have been crucial for team’s climb up the Serie A standings.

Even if the veteran striker is not expected to start against Fiorentina, he could come off the bench to score a goal, and is 2.70 (17/10) with Sportingbet to score at any time.

Thomas Heurtaux and Allan are both suspended for the next league game, meaning they are likely to start, while centre-back Mehdi Benatia should return from a lengthy spell on the sidelines.

Antonio Di Natale, Dusan Basta, Giampiero Pinzi and few other first team regulars are likely to be rested.

Probable starting line-up (3-5-1-1): Padelli – Heurteaux, Benatia, Coda – Faraoni, Badu, Allan, Fabbrini, Armero – Maicosuel – Ranegie.

Fiorentina have been in scintillating from ever since the season started and they are showing no signs of slowing down.

Derby win over Siena saw Viola return to fifth place and the fact they are now just two points behind second-placed Inter certainly gives the players plenty of reason for optimism.

Even if boss Vincenzo Montella is expected to rest most of his starters in this match, Fiorentina will give their best to make it through to the next round, and Paddy Power has them at 1.80 (4/5) to qualify for the quarter-finals.

Facundo Roncaglia and Ruben Olivera should both start as they are suspended for the Palermo clash, but Michele Camporese and Ahmed Hegazy are definitely out.

Mounir El Hamdaoui, Cristian Llama, Mattia Cassani and Nenad Tomovic are among those expected to feature.

Probable starting line-up (3-5-2): Vivano – Roncaglia, Rodriguez, Tomovic – Cassani, Fernandez, Olivera, Migliaccio, Llama – El Hamdaoui, Ljajic.
