Dortmund vs WolfsburgRevived Wolfsburg welcome Borussia Dortmund to Vokswagen Arena hoping to end the season on a high, whilst the Millionaires aim to continue the good run in the league and further improve the atmosphere ahead of the Champions League final.

Following the slow start to the season under Felix Magath, the Wolves have spent much of the current campaign in the danger zone, but everything changed with the arrival of Dieter Hecking.

The new boss helped the players restore the lost confidence and Wolfsburg soon started climbing the Bundesliga standings.

While reaching the DFB Pokal semi-finals, the Wolves seriously improved their league position thanks to an eight-match unbeaten run.

Dieter Hecking and his men hope the promising run will last until the end of the league campaign, and they are 4.33 (10/3) with Stan James to defeat indifferent Borussia.

The hosts are without Thomas Kahlenberg and Patrick Helmes, whereas Vaclav Pilar is a long-term casualty. Ivan Perisic has returned into action.

Wolfsburg are unbeaten in last four home matches and they are looking for the second win over Dortmund this season having won the reverse fixture 3-2 at Signal-Iduna Park.

Probable starting line-up (4-2-3-1): Benaglio – Hasebe, Naldo, Knoche, Rodriguez – Medojevic, Polak – Vieirinha, Diego, Arnold – Olic.

Having cemented the second place in the Bundesliga standings and reached the Champions League final, one would be forgiven for thinking Borussia have nothing to play in the remaining two league fixtures.

That may be true, but Jurgen Klopp is likely to use matches against Wolfsburg and Hoffenheim to prepare his side for the all-important Wembley date with Bayern.

Dortmund played out a 1-1 draw with their bitter rivals in the league last weekend, but nobody will attach too much importance to that game seeing as how both sides were without key men.

The Millionaires now plan to return to winning ways against Wolfsburg and get revenge for losing to Wolves at Signal-Iduna Park, with away win paying 1.91 (10/11) at Coral.

Jurgen Klopp’s side have been pretty impressive on the road of late, winning last three away games in the league, which gives them confidence before the clash at Volkswagen Arena.

Mario Gotze remains sidelined, but Marco Reus, Mats Hummels and Sven Bender should be recalled. Lukasz Piszczek faces a fitness test.

Probable starting line-up (4-2-3-1): Weidenfeller – Grosskreutz, Subotic, Hummels, Schmelzer – Kehl, Bender – Blaszczykowski, Gundogan, Reus – Lewandowski.
