One of the most interesting matches in the penultimate round of the Euro 2012 qualifiers will see Serbia welcome high-flying Italy in a match that will have a huge importance for the hosts.

The match between the two teams in Italy was cancelled after just seven minutes due to crowd trouble, with the win later awarded to Azzurri, so that will give the hosts extra motivation in this clash.

Serbia have been far from impressive in the Euro 2012 qualifying campaign, but they had several results go in their favour, and are now close to securing the second place in the standings.

Vladimir Petrovic’s side need just three points from final two games to clinch the play-off spot, meaning that a win over Italy would see them reach their goal. The hosts are 2.25 (5/4) with Bet365 to win this game.

Coach Vladimir Petrovic faces big selection problems before the most important game of the Euro 2012 qualifiers, with several important players missing through injury.

Nemanja Vidic, Milan Bisevac and Zdravko Kuzmanovic are all out, whereas Nikola Zigic and Dejan Stankovic are not fully fit.

Probable starting line-up (4-2-3-1): Jorgacevic – Tomovic, Ivanovic, Subotic, Kolarov – Petrovic, Stankovic – Krasic, Ninkovic, Jovanovic – Pantelic.

Italy arrive to Marakana completely relaxed, having already secured the first place in the standings, but they are, nevertheless, looking to win this game.

Having dropped just two points in eight qualifiers, and boasting impressive goal difference of 16:1, Azurri are clearly doing really well under Cesare Prandelli, even if they have been placed into a pretty easy group.

After keeping seven clean sheets in eight Euro 2012 qualifiers, Italy are looking to extend the impressive run and they are 3.30 (23/10) with Paddy Power not to concede in Belgrade.

After Alberto Gilardino didn’t make the squad through injury, Mario Balotelli, Domenico Criscito and Giampaolo Pazzini were forced to withdraw, whereas Giuseppe Rossi is a major doubt.

Roma striker Pablo Daniel Osvaldo and Torino defender Angelo Ogbonna received late call-ups, and they could play some part in this match.

Probable starting line-up (4-3-1-2): Buffon – Maggio, Bonucci, Barzagli, Chiellini – Pirlo, De Rossi, Marchisio – Montolivo – Cassano, Giovinco.
