Serie A runners-up Napoli are set for an exciting duel with La Liga top 4 side Villarreal, with both sides looking to create an advantage before the return leg at El Madrigal.

The Partenopei continue to impress in Serie A as they remained just three points adrift of leaders Milan following the impressive victory over Roma, and they now want to extend the great run in Europa League.

Boss Walter Mazzarri is expected to name the similar line-up to that which beat Roma, with Emilson Cribari replacing the suspended Paolo Cannavaro.

Following some impressive results in La Liga this season, Villarreal have started to show signs of weakness of late, having lost last two games to bottom table teams.

The Yellow Submarine now see the game against Napoli as the perfect opportunity to kick-start their season, so Juan Carlos Garrido is also expected to field a very strong line-up.

Angel Lopez and Juan Carlos have stayed at home because of injuries, while Diego Marino and Marcos Gullon have been called from Villarreal B.

Betfair offers the best odds on Villarreal to go through as they pay 1.70 (7/10), while Victor Chandler pays 2.38 (11/8) on Napoli to qualify for the next round.
