Everton qualified for the FA Cup last 16 stage by knocking out Chelsea and they are now hot favourites to make it to the quarter-finals at Reading’s expense.

The Blues continued their rich vein of form by beating Sunderland at the weekend, mostly thanks to Jermaine Beckford’s brace.

With the talented striker in pretty good form at the moment, you might want to consider backing Beckford to score against Reading at 2.40 (7/5) offered by Bet365.

Louis Saha could feature despite being involved in a car accident on Sunday evening, while Jack Rodwell and Tim Cahill should start after recovering from injury. Marouane Fellaini and Victor Anichebe are injury doubts.

Championship side Reading are still fighting for play-off places in English’s second tier, while they are doing pretty well in the FA Cup.

After eliminating West Bromwich and Stevenage, the Royals face an uphill task at Goodison Park, but they will try to spring a surprise, nevertheless.

Captain Ivar Ingimarsson is likely to miss out with a groin injury, while Alex Pearce, Andy Griffin and Adam Federici remains sidelined. Striker Mathieu Manset is doubtful with a calf injury, but Shane Long should start.

With Reading set to face high-flying Everton without several first team regulars, odds of 1.50 (1/2) offered by Bodog on home win look very tempting.
