Poland vs GermanyAfter hammering Gibraltar 7-0 in their opening match, Poland will have the opportunity to test their skills against the World Cup holders on Saturday.

Germany may arrive in Warsaw without a number of star players, but they remain in a good position to keep the 100% record intact.

Poland go into the new qualifying campaign hoping to secure their third straight appearance at the European Championship finals, and chances are they will be vying Scotland and Republic of Ireland for the second place in the group.

World Cup winners Germany are widely expected to qualify from the first place, although the White Eagles will attempt to stop them in their tracks.

Even with quite a few important players missing, Poland enjoyed a 7-0 triumph over weak Gibraltar at the start of the qualifying campaign, but they have much bigger fish to fry this time out.

However, considering that Germany are now missing a number of important footballers, you should know that home win pays no less than 7.00 (6/1).

Borussia Dortmund defender Lukasz Piszczek returns to the side, but Jakub Blaszczykowski remains on the sidelines.

Bayer Leverkusen full-back Sebastian Boenisch was forced to withdraw due to injury, with no replacements called afterwards.

Probable starting line-up (4-2-3-1): Szczesny – Olkowski, Szukala, Gilk, Wawrzyniak – Krychowiak, Jodlowiec – Grosicki, Mila, Milik – Lewandowski.

After coming really close on several occasions, Germany finally won a major tournament this summer, but the team are already paying the price for the 2014 World Cup success.

The likes of Per Mertesacker, Philipp Lahm and Miroslav Klose have all retired from international duty, with the squad in turn seriously rejuvenated.

Germany, nonetheless, proved they are still a force to be reckoned with, recording a 2-1 victory over Scotland at the start of the Euro 2016 qualifying campaign, and they are 1.53 (8/15) to defeat Poland as well.

That is not going to be an easy task given that Bastian Schweinsteiger, Marcel Schmelzer, Marco Reus, Benedikt Howedes, Sami Khedira and Mario Gomez didn’t even make the squad through injury.

Mesut Ozil and Julian Draxler are expected to miss out as well, while Andre Schurrle faces a fitness test and could be unavailable too.

And with Germany failing to defeat Poland in last two encounters, chances are we will see a very close game at Stadion Narodowy in Warsaw.

Probable starting line-up (4-2-3-1): Neuer – Rudy, Boateng, Hummels, Durm – Kramer, Kroos – Muller, Schurrle, Podolski – Gotze.
