Fernando Torres believes the club are moving in the right direction even though the Reds failed to win their third game under Kenny Dalglish.

“We are disappointed with the result but we are improving and moving in the right direction,” said the Spaniard.

“We will see what happens in the next game. We need to start picking up three points in every game.

“If we had taken the chances we had, particularly in the first half, we would have been winning by two or three at half-time. But that’s football.

Liverpool are 2.00 (1/1) to win their very next game against Wolves, while the price on Reds not to win any of their next five games is 23.00 (22/1).
