Birmingham recorded second successive victory thanks to last gasp winner from Nikola Zigic, moving three points clear of the relegation zone.

Brum now have a very good chance to further improve their survival chances as they play host to struggling Newcastle and the Blues are favourites to win this game.

Ben Foster will keep his place in the side after recovering from injury, but Scott Dann, James McFadden and Enric Valles remain sidelined.

Nikola Zigic and Obafemi Martins should again start in attack and after scoring in three successive games, it might be wise to back Zigic to score at 3.00 (2/1) offered by Paddy Power.

Newcastle remained in 10th place after bringing a valuable point from Ewood Park, but the Magpies could be in for another difficult game.

The team are winless in last six games and they are 2.88 (15/8) at Bodog to finally end the poor run.

Alan Smith and Ryan Taylor has been ruled out of the season, while Hatem Ben Arfa, Dan Gosling and Stephen Ireland could return within next few weeks. Alan Pardew is likely to field the same side that started the Blackburn game.
