Spanish media outlet Don Balon has suggested that Premier League giants Arsenal have made a format bid for Barcelona midfielder Arda Turan.
The Turkish midfielder had joined the Catalans a year ago, but he could only be handed his debut in January, and he has been far from impressive in his first year at Camp Nou.
As a result, Barcelona may be ready to entertain offers for his services, and they would reportedly consider proposals in the region of £23 million.
Don Balon claims that Arsenal are hot on the trail of the Turkey star as they hope to further reinforce the squad ahead of the new campaign.
Meanwhile, Galatasaray have submitted a £17 million bid for their former player, while Borussia Dortmund want Turan to act as a replacement for Henrikh Mkhitaryan.
