Friday evening’s FA Cup action from Stamford Bridge sees seven-time winners Chelsea take on 2014 finalists Hull City.

The hosts eased past Newcastle United in the last round having needed a replay and penalties to get past Championship side Norwich City in round three.

They were knocked out of the EFL Cup in the semi-finals by Arsenal, face a tricky tie with Barcelona in the last sixteen in the Champions League and are nineteen points off the pace in the league so this competition arguably provides their best chance of winning any silverware this season, and they start the weekend at 5.5 (9/2) joint-second favourites to lift the trophy at Wembley in May.

David Luiz, Tiemoue Bakayoko and Ross Barkley are all set to miss the game while Olivier Giroud and Marcos Alonso are both doubts.

Antonio Conte is set to rotate his squad with their European tie and trips to both Old Trafford and the Etihad Stadium on the horizon.

Alvaro Morata is favourite to open the scoring at 3.55 (28/11) with Unibet, with Pedro a 5.75 (19/4) chance with the same firm.

The Blues are 1.22 (2/9) to win the match with a variety of firms with the visitors as highly priced as the 17.0 (16/1) on offer from several bookmakers. The draw can be backed at 7.0 (6/1).

The Tigers, who are struggling in the second tier have faced no problems in the cup so far having knocked out Blackburn Rovers and Nottingham Forest.

They will be without Michael Hector, Ola Ania and Fikayo Tomori – all of whom are on loan from Chelsea and ineligible to face their parent club while Seb Larsson is suspended and Michael Dawson and Kamil Grosicki face late fitness tests ahead of kick-off.

Fraizer Campbell is 16.0 (15/1) to get the first goal of the game with Unibet, with Nouha Dicko a 19.0 (18/1) chance with Sky Bet.

Chelsea have won their last six meetings with Hull, with five of those games ending in a 2-0 win for the Blues and that result this time around can be backed at 7.0 (6/1) with Sky Bet.
