Gladbach vs BayernBayern Munich will be looking to clinch the Bundesliga trophy this weekend and at the same time make amends for the Champions League loss to Atletico Madrid.

Out to spoil their party will be Borussia M’gladbach, a side that sit one point behind top 4 positions with three games to go.

Bayern Munich did well to sustain the challenge from Borussia Dortmund and close on yet another Bundesliga trophy, so it is now just a matter of time before they mathematically secure the first place.

The Bavarians will have two easy games against Ingolstadt and Hannover after Saturday’s game, but they will obviously want to take advantage of the first match ball.

Nevertheless, the Borussia M’gladbach game definitely comes at a bad time, just three days after the first leg of the Atletico Madrid tie and as many before the return match.

This means that Pep Guardiola is almost certain to ring changes to the starting line-up, but the Bavarians remain 1.44 (4/9) favourites to claim maximum points.

Arjen Robben and Holger Badstuber are not yet ready to return, but Jerome Boateng should start after recovering from injury.

The likes of Rafinha, Mehdi Benatia, Joshua Kimmich, Sebastian Rode and Mario Gotze are all tipped to be in the starting line-up.

Probable starting line-up (4-1-4-1): Neuer – Rafinha, Boateng, Benatia, Bernat – Kimmich – Coman, Rode, Gotze, Douglas Costa – Muller.

These next few weeks will be incredibly important for Borussia M’gladbach, who have made a real mess out of their top 4 bid.

The 5-0 hammering of rivals Hertha was expected to provide an extra impetus for the season finale, but it appears to have had just the opposite effect.

Namely, die Fohlen would go on to lose to Ingolstadt and Hannover, thus seriously damaging their Champions League hopes.

Gladbach were fortunate to close the gap behind Hertha to a single point as they defeated Hoffenheim, but with games against Bayern Munich and Bayer Leverkusen next, they still face an uphill task.

Important midfielder Lars Stindl remains an injury doubt, while Alvaro Dominguez, Martin Stranzl, Nico Schulz and Tony Jantschke are definitely out.

Probable starting line-up (3-4-1-2): Sommer – Elvedi, Christensen, Nordtveit – Traore, Dahoud, Xhaka, Wendt – Hazard – Hahn, Raffael.
