Sergio Aguero injuryPremier League holders Manchester City have a number of important players missing as they prepare for the Boxing Day clash against QPR.

The Citizens recorded six wins in a row to close the gap behind leaders Chelsea to three points and can be backed at 1.60 (3/5) to extend the winning run at the Hawthorns.

However, that will be no easy task given that a host of first team regulars are unavailable for selection at the moment.

And while captain Vincent Kompany (hamstring) will be sorely missed, the absence of a quality striker is likely to prove a bigger issue.

With the likes of Sergio Aguero, Edin Dzeko and Stevan Jovetic out injured, meaning James Milner is again set to start up front.

Seeing as how home games against Burnley and Sunderland are next, manager Manuel Pellegrini is widely expected to field his strongest side at the Hawthorns.
