Arsenal vs SwanseaHaving returned to winning ways against Hull City, Arsenal aim to further improve their chances of finishing second by defeating in-form Swansea.

With both Spurs and Saints losing, the Swans could revive their European hopes by winning at the Emirates, meaning we can expect a highly entertaining encounter in North London.

Arsenal fans haven’t had much to cheer about over the last nine years, but the Gunners have finally started showing some improvement.

After last year’s FA Cup title ended the lengthy trophy drought, Arsene Wenger’s charges now only have Aston Villa standing between them and the second consecutive FA Cup trophy.

And while the Gunners were unable to mount a serious title challenge in the Premier League, they impressed to climb to second position and are widely expected to finish behind new champions Chelsea.

The 3-1 away win over Hull City was an important step towards that goal and they are now 1.33 (1/3) to see off Swansea as well.

Aaron Ramsey is unlikely to be risked after suffering a knock last Monday, with Jack Wilshere set to replace him in the starting line-up.

Danny Welbeck should return, but Mathieu Debuchy and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain continue to miss out through injury.

Probable starting line-up (4-3-3): Ospina – Bellerin, Mertesacker, Koscielny, Gibbs – Cazorla, Coquelin, Wilshere – Sanchez, Giroud, Ozil.

Swansea have become used to flying under the radar and their impressive displays often go unnoticed, but the team have reached new heights this season.

The Swans have already surpassed their highest point tally of 47 and sit on 53 points with three games to go, with another top table finish on the cards.

However, it was back to back wins over Newcastle United and Stoke City that saw Gary Monk’s charges revive their European qualification hopes, taking full advantage of Tottenham and Southampton slip-ups.

With their top 6 rivals losing this weekend, Swansea can seriously close the gap by winning at the Emirates, and they are 11.00 (10/1) to do so.

The visitors should have Bafetimbi Gomis back from a hamstring problem, but Nelson Oliveira has been ruled out through injury.

The likes of Wayne Routledge, Kyle Naughton, Tom Carroll and Jordi Amat are also unavailable for the trip to North London.

Probable starting line-up (4-3-2-1): Fabianski – Rangel, Fernandez, Williams, Taylor – Ki, Cork, Shelvey – Sigurdsson, Montero – Gomis.
