Founded in 1994 under the name Bodog and servicing US customers since 2007, Bovada has earned an excellent reputation in the gambling world, with their North American website quickly becoming a favourite gambling venue for US players. The website has been rebranded in 2011 and while the name and website interface did change, everything else remained the same. Bovada continues to boast a very good coverage of North American sports, but they also try to cover as many sporting events from other continents as possible.

First-class live betting market and constantly updated promotions make Bovada very popular among the online gamblers, although there are some things that leave a lot to be desired, such as meager welcome bonus and very low betting limits, making this predominantly a place for casual punters.
