Celta vs RealSitting level on points with the Spanish giants at the La Liga summit, Celta Vigo head into the high-profile match high on confidence and looking to claim another major scalp.

Meanwhile, los Blancos hope to overcome a host of selection problems and become the first team to defeat the Sky Blues in the current campaign.

Celta Vigo showed a great deal of promise last term, achieving a top 8 finish in La Liga, but, even so, nobody could predict such an impressive start to the new campaign.

Led by the magnificent Nolito and revived Iago Aspas, but with other players also pitching in, the Sky Blues climbed to second in the league standings, hinting a European qualification may be on the cards.

The 4-1 hammering of Barcelona at Balaidos and away wins over Sevilla and Villarreal proved that Celta are more than good enough to match the best sides in the league and it is now the matter of maintaining the rich vein of form.

Following the last-gasp victory at El Madrigal, the Sky Blues are tied on points with the El Clasico rivals and they are 4.00 (3/1) to enjoy another memorable win.

After bagging 6 goals in 8 matches while also impressing playing for Spain, there are no doubts that Barcelona graduate Nolito will strike fear into Real Madrid defenders.

There have been more good news for coach Eduardo Berizzo considering that Andreu Fontas and Dejan Drazic have both returned into contention.

Probable starting line-up (4-3-3): Alvarez – Mallo, Cabral, Fontas, Jonny – Wass, Fernandez, Hernandez – Orellana, Aspas, Nolito.

Real Madrid have not exactly been firing on all cylinders under Rafael Benitez, but the new coach appears to have patched up the leaky defence, at least for the time being.

The record of just 2 goals conceded in first 11 games is the best in club’s 113-year history, but he now needs to find a way to make his attack more lethal.

Real Madrid have already failed to score in three matches this season, more recently playing out goalless draws with Malaga and Paris Saint-Germain.

And with their next opponents on top of their game, it is clear that los Blancos will have to show improvement in attack if they want to get something from Balaidos.

Real have been made 1.95 (19/20) favourites to claim maximum points, but, even at such a high price, the away win does not look too tempting.

Rafael Benitez is set to welcome back Karim Benzema and Mateo Kovacic to the side after they missed the PSG draw through injury, while Luka Modric has shaken off a minor knock.

Probable starting line-up (4-3-3): Navas – Danilo, Ramos, Varane, Marcelo – Modric, Kroos, Kovacic – Isco, Benzema, Ronaldo.
