Barcelona are reportedly set to continue their summer rebuild by making moves for Lyon forward Memphis Depay and Manchester City defender Eric Garcia.

According to Mundo Deportivo, the Blaugrana are very interested in the two players and could make a double swoop.

New Barca boss Ronald Koeman has apparently been eyeing compatriot and former Manchester United striker Depay for some time, with the 26-year-old potentially looking to exit the Ligue 1 outfit. It could only take €30m to bring the Dutchman to the Nou Camp considering that he is now in the final year of his contract.

Meanwhile, Barca are looking to strengthen options at the other end of the pitch, with Manchester City centre-back Eric Garcia a real consideration. The Spaniard, who was previously part of the club’s youth set-up, has already confirmed he will not be penning a new contract at the Etihad Stadium.

He was previously intending to see out the current season in Manchester but Pep Guardiola could be tempted to sell for €15m to avoid losing the 19-year-old for nothing next summer.

Elsewhere, following a severely disappointing season last time out, Barca have already begun their summer exodus, letting the likes of Arthur Melo, Ivan Rakitic and Arda Turan go.

The Catalans sit at odds of 6/4 with William Hill to win the league this campaign.
