Tottenham Hotspur head coach Nuno has said that wingers Lucas Moura and Steven Bergwijn will not play against Wolverhampton Wanderers.

Spurs will take on Premier League rivals Wolves away from home at Molineux Stadium in the third round of the Carabao Cup on Wednesday evening.

Ahead of the game, Spurs head coach Nuno, who parted company with Wolves at the end of last season, has said that Netherlands international winger Bergwijn and Brazil international winger Lucas are injured.

The two players suffered injuries against Rennes in the Europa Conference League last week.

Nuno told Football.London: “Nothing has changed much. Still have players out and some players with issues from the previous game who we are managing. Yes unfortunately [Lucas and Bergwijn] will remain out.”

Tottenham can be backed at 8/1 on Betfair to win the tie against Wolves 1-0.
