Lazio vs NapoliFollowing yet another defeat to title rivals Juventus, Napoli sit seven points off the top of the standings, and they are now set to face top 3 contenders Lazio.

The Biancocelesti have largely impressed of late, and they now have a chance to prove their Champions League ambitions at Stadio San Paolo.

Even with Gonzalo Higuain moving to Juventus, Napoli were determined to mount a serious title challenge this term, but they have so far fallen short.

The Azzurri enjoyed a bright start, but have since lost three of last five league fixtures, slipping to fifth in the overall standings.

They have yet again been beaten by title rivals Juventus by a late goal, and the fact the scorer was none other than Gonzalo Higuain only added insult to injury.

Napoli did manage to remain top of their Champions League group thanks to a 1-1 draw with Besiktas and they can now be backed at 1.75 (3/4) to see off Lazio.

Manolo Gabbiadini has served his suspension and is set to start up front, supported by Jose Callejon and either Dries Mertens or Lorenzo Insigne. Arkadiusz Milik and Raul Albiol remain on the sidelines.

Probable starting line-up (4-3-3): Reina – Hysaj, Koulibaly, Maksimovic, Ghoulam – Allan, Jorginho, Hamsik – Callejon, Gabbiadini, Mertens.

Lazio have endured some tough times of late, but the club finally appear on the road to recovery, even if it is still early in the season to be drawing any sort of conclusions.

Buoyed by the arrival of Ciro Immobile and his amazing start to the career at Stadio Olimpico, the Biancocelesti have climbed to fourth in the standings and they do not plan to stop there.

Lazio are now unbeaten in last six, winning four of those games, and currently sit just one point behind top 3 positions.

Following back to back wins over Cagliari and Sassuolo, the Biancocelesti will want to see off Napoli as well, and they will again be relying on the amazing Immobile.

The Italy international has bagged 9 goals in 11 Serie A fixtures this season, and he is available at 3.25 (9/4) to score anytime vs Napoli.

Lazio are still without Stefan de Vrij, Jordan Lukaku and Bastos, but Lucas Biglia will be recalled to the side, with Sergej Milinkovic-Savic expected to drop to the bench.

Probable starting line-up (4-3-3): Marchetti – Basta, Wallace, Hoedt, Radu – Parolo, Biglia, Lulic – Anderson, Immobile, Keita.
