Sky Sport Italia claims that Gianluigi Donnarumma has decided to sign a new contract with AC Milan after changing his mind.

With one year left on his current deal, the 18-year-old famously rejected a €5 million per year offer, paving way for a summer move to Real Madrid.

However, following the huge pressure from the fans and media outlets, Donnarumma and his agent Mino Raiola decided to resume talks with the Rossoneri and the negotiations appear to have produced desired results.

According to Sky Sport Italia, the youngster has agreed a new five-year contract with the club worth €6 million per season that will see him become the third highest paid footballer in Serie A.

The deal also includes a €100 million release clause that will be cut to €50 million in case AC Milan fail to secure Champions League qualification.

Sky Sport Italia has also suggested that Donnarruma rejected a €13 million per year contract offer from PSG in the process.
